How to Request a Refund
Simply send an email to timecapsulemagazines@gmail.com with your order details. You don't need to provide a reason, but we'd appreciate any feedback to help us improve.
Processing Time
Refunds are usually processed within 1-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment method, the credit may take a few additional days to appear in your statement.
Conditions
This policy applies to both the Basic and Complete packs. Refund requests made after the 7-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
